Heath Court Hotel - Dining Club Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Required: To access the exclusive benefits, please register for your dining card.
2. Dining Card Validity: The card is valid only at Heath Court Hotel and is non-transferable.
3. Discount Details: A 10% discount is valid on all food and drink items, excluding functions.
4. Dining Party Limit: The discount applies to a maximum of 4 diners per card.
5. Discount Allocation for Larger Parties: Should your table exceed 4 diners; the discount will apply to the lowest priced items per course.
6. Exclusive Offers: This discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount scheme.
7. Amendment Rights: The company reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend this offer where necessary.
8. Expiration Date: The dining card is valid until otherwise stated.
9. Card Replacement: In case of a lost or stolen card, please contact us for a replacement. A replacement fee may apply.
10. Change of Terms Notification: The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with 2 weeks’ notice to cardholders.
11. Accessibility of Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions will be made available to cardholders through our website and via email. Please note, while we ensure these terms are sent out, Heath Court Hotel is not responsible if they are not received due to being blocked by personal spam filters. It is the cardholder's responsibility to ensure they can receive and access these terms.
