Registration required: Guests must register to receive a Dining Card before benefits can be used.
Card validity: The Dining Card is valid only at Heath Court Hotel, is non-transferable, and must be presented at the time of redemption. Discounts cannot be applied without a valid Dining Card being shown. The Hotel is unable to manually look up membership details or apply discounts retrospectively at a later date..
Discount details:
10% discount applies to food and drinks
Excludes functions, third-party events, and banqueting suites
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
Dining party limit: Discount applies to a maximum of four diners per card.
Larger parties:
For tables of more than six diners, the discount applies to the highest-priced food items per course
Card issue timing: Dining Cards cannot be issued and used on the same day.
Misuse: The Hotel reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Dining Card if misused.
Validity period: Cards remain valid until otherwise stated.
Replacement cards: Lost or stolen cards may be replaced; a fee may apply.
Amendments: Heath Court Hotel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Dining Club at any time.
Updates: Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be published on the Hotel website.
Acceptance: By registering for and using a Dining Card, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Termination: Members may cancel their Dining Card by emailing sales@heathcourthotel.com or writing to the Hotel.
Data protection: Personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Hotel’s privacy policy.
