Dining Club – Terms & Conditions

  • To ensure fairness and clarity for all members, the following Terms & Conditions apply:
  • Registration required: Guests must register to receive a Dining Card before benefits can be used.

  • Card validity: The Dining Card is valid only at Heath Court Hotel, is non-transferable, and must be presented at the time of redemption. Discounts cannot be applied without a valid Dining Card being shown. The Hotel is unable to manually look up membership details or apply discounts retrospectively at a later date..

  • Discount details:

    • 10% discount applies to food and drinks

    • Excludes functions, third-party events, and banqueting suites

    • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

  • Dining party limit: Discount applies to a maximum of four diners per card.

  • Larger parties:

    • For tables of more than six diners, the discount applies to the highest-priced food items per course

  • Card issue timing: Dining Cards cannot be issued and used on the same day.

  • Misuse: The Hotel reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Dining Card if misused.

  • Validity period: Cards remain valid until otherwise stated.

  • Replacement cards: Lost or stolen cards may be replaced; a fee may apply.

  • Amendments: Heath Court Hotel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Dining Club at any time.

  • Updates: Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be published on the Hotel website.

  • Acceptance: By registering for and using a Dining Card, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Termination: Members may cancel their Dining Card by emailing sales@heathcourthotel.com or writing to the Hotel.

  • Data protection: Personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Hotel’s privacy policy.
