Being privately owned gives us the flexibility to work with you to ensure that your meeting is just how you want it.

However, we are a member of Best Western Hotels – the largest hotel group of individually owned and operated hotels in the world – so we enjoy the added benefit of big company experience.

Our Guineas Suite is Air Conditioned and has LCD Projector & Screen & Bose Sound System; you are sure to deliver to your Delegates.

The York Room offers the same facilities as the Guineas Suite, but on a slightly smaller scale, with the Ascot, Epsom and Sandown Rooms being ideal for meetings up to 9 delegates (COVID-19 distanced) and to 1:1 interviews.

The Heath Court is set in an enviable location backing onto the renowned Newmarket Heath where famous Racehorses are trained daily, yet far enough away from the busy High Street to make it a peaceful setting.

The smooth and efficient organisation of any Conference depends on more than just the right facilities; it also depends on the skill and experience of the staff. At the Heath Court, you will find you can rely on the quality of both.

We  offer a choice of five air conditioned meeting rooms.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions we are limited to a maximum of 30 Delegates in any one Meeting Room.

Private Dining

We are proud of our reputation for offering the highest level of service, facilities and catering for your Private Function. Whether it be a Birthday or Anniversary Celebration, a Corporate Event or a Graduation Ball.

Within our Private Suites we can offer a three course dining experience or if you require something less formal we also have a mouth-watering selection on our Buffet menus, some of our Function Rooms also offer Private Bar facilities.

We are able to cater for 10 - 130 people within our suites, and can provide Disco Entertainment to complete the evening.

We have a dedicated Banqueting team, who will take care of all your requirements and help you to tailor make your perfect event.
