Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person is required and payable at the time of booking.
Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and you have received written confirmation from Heath Court Hotel.
Final balance & pre-order: The final balance and your menu pre-order are due 4 weeks prior to your event. If these are not received by the due date, we may release the booking and retain the deposit.
Cancellations (customer): Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event are chargeable in full (no refunds will be given unless otherwise agreed by management).
Cancellations (hotel / force majeure): If government guidance or law requires closure of any of our dining facilities, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
Menu & pricing: Prices include VAT. Menu items are subject to availability and may be changed, amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required and payable at the time of booking.
Pre-orders: For tables of 10 or more, a pre-order will be required (deadline to be confirmed at the time of booking).
Balance: The remaining balance is payable on the day of your booking.
Allergens: Due to the way our food and drink are prepared, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens and do not make a “free-from” claim. Menu descriptions do not list every ingredient. Please speak to a member of the team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering; an allergen matrix is available.
Vegetarian & vegan dishes: While great care is taken, our vegetarian and vegan dishes may not be prepared in dedicated environments.
Bones: We cannot guarantee that dishes are free from bones.
The person making the booking is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property caused by their party. Charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning.
Heath Court Hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, natural disasters or strikes). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
